we born and raised on the mountains and hills in the center of Italy.
Sons and daughters of a generation that since ever distanced itself from modern society, which raised us inside an alternative environment in close contact to nature and earth, for which we obtained a strong respect.
How the Family became Kitchen
Our first project was a sound system, completely self built. It gave us the opportunity to organise parties and events expanding the group and our connections with other artistic and musical realities.
We grew up knowing one day we would have fallen inside the system of an individualistic society, loosing eachother, so we started to create something that could keep us together and economically.
Pizza is always been part of our lives, in parties and dinners in our homes. It is the fulcrum of it!
This is why our interest looked up towards the culinary world.
Without helps or sponsors, we've created, with our hands, a movement organised in a collective way, that offer healthy food and good energy.
The Family Kitchen raised, for the main part, inside the csoa Forte Prenestino in Rome, social center squatted since more then 30 years, feeding with our Pizza its important festivals every year.
Thanks to the several collaboration's experiences between us we became an integral and active part of it, where our ideals and countryside's culture have spread and soaked up the culture of the city's socio-political activism.
Since 2012 we started taking part to international festivals of art and music and year after year we're learning more and more about social sharing's different fields. We bring along our work ethic and give it back to the community by promoting alternative lifestyles, creating and continually promoting various activities and initiatives in a social and artistic way.
Thanks to the chance we got to travel , every year more and more people from all over the world reach us to participate and share with us.
It contributes to a continuous growth of ourselves together with our project because in close contact with different cultural realities.
